The Simple Things

A quick and simple look for those days you just wanna get out the door fast,
but still look put together.

I don't know if it's just me, but I'm ready for fall. Not for the cold days
(I'm not a big fan of them) I'm just ready for fall fashion, It tends to
be a little easier to put outfits together because you can layer
without dying of a heat stroke.

It doesn't hurt that my birthday is at the beginning of it either :P

Short Story

FINALLY! I got around to posting something, and yes I did cut my hair :)
I was soo excited to post some pictures of it, but I've been so busy I haven't
even had time to take any decent looking ones lol.

Last summer, I decided to cut my long hair a little shorter than this and
I shockingly didn't regret it. which I always do, when it comes to
haircuts. I thought about letting it grow out and maybe putting
highlights, but it looked really boring and lifeless. I personally
love it! what do you think? do you like? would you ever cut your
hair short or are you committed to the long locks?

Awkward pose alert!!!
maybe this is why I didn't get a career in modeling lol. I think I was trying
to be all cool like the fashion bloggers, but it obviously didn't work.

Baseball T

Hola Chicas/Chicos!!
Can we take a moment and thank who ever invented the
baseball t..... okay enough of that lol.
Love is an understatement when it comes to this shirt.
It is honestly the comfiest and softest shirt ever.
I can tell you that with college coming up you'll be
seeing a lot of this baby.

On another note, I wanted to apologize, once again for being MIA.
I know, I know Its becoming a habit of mine. I wanted to also
apologize ahead of time for the fact that I might be MIA these coming weeks,
I start college classes tomorrow :(
and with work and classes I'll probably be very busy
so I'm gonna try my hardest to get organized and come up
with a schedule for my posts.

Boats for Days

Sorry for being MIA this week, my sister came to visit
so we have been going around town doing stuff.
This dress is probably one of my favorites out of my closet,
the cute little sailboat print makes it a little funner than
just being a plain black dress. its also very easy to style since it
has so many different colors in the print.

So lately I've been painting my index finger a different color than the rest
of them, what do you think? I kind of like it! would you ever try it?

Black & White Aztec

So for the sake of these pictures I decided to put on this pair of heels
I found in my closet while getting ready. I personally love heels,
In my opinion, they transform any simple outfit into something a little more fashionable.
The only reason I don't wear heels daily is because my feet hate them with a passion.
I honestly think that I will probably never be able to find a pair that
I'll be able to wear the whole day. (totally jealous of the girls that can
wear all the pretty heels out there).

Maybe someday when I get older and find a very fashionable job......
It never hurts to dream, right?  :)

Love this tank from American Eagle, something about it made me
fall in love with it the minute I laid eyes on it.

All Shades of Blue

The difference a sweater can make is sometimes very surprising.
I don't know if you can tell but this is actually the romper
I wore on a previous post {here}. One of the reasons I started
this blog was to show people  the different ways you can wear your
clothes, without having to spend money on new ones every week
(but I'm not gonna lie, we all wish we could lol).
I really liked the way this outfit turned out, its very comfy but
still put together. what do you think? would you ever try pairing
your sweaters over dresses or rompers?

I've also really been into wearing low ponytails lately.
I think I always do that when I'm in a desperate need of a new haircut.

Red Stripes and Cheetah Print

If you follow me on instagram you may have already
seen a little preview of this outfit. These high waisted shorts
are probably one of my favorite shorts in my closet right now. Every morning
while I'm getting ready I reach for these shorts, but always end up
stopping myself because I don't wanna wear them every single day.
I would if I could, trust me lol.

I know its not sweater weather yet, but I think I can get away
with wearing this one because of all of the holes.
I think that's one of the things I like about fashion, In my opinion,
when it comes to fashion there are no rules! you shouldn't be
limited to wearing your summer clothes only in the summer or vice versa.
Fashion is a way of expressing yourself, even if others don't like what you wear.
You should dress to make yourself feel better not others.
